I became a subscriber last year at the same time I joined the board for my condominium association. At that time, my community had no newsletter, no activities, a depleted reserve, and homeowner delinquencies totaling $43,000+. Now, in addition to a quarterly newsletter, we are having our first ever "community clean-up" day in two weeks, a community picnic is scheduled and we have money in our reserve fund. We hired a terrific attorney who has brought our delinquencies to less than $8,000! Delinquencies haven't been that low in years.
